The Community Mediation Network equips local leaders, elders, and civil society members with professional mediation skills—tailored to cultural realities—so conflicts are resolved through dialogue, not force.

Impact and Outcomes
We provide comprehensive mediation training that combines international best practices with respect for local customs and traditional peacemaking approaches. Trainees participate in intensive workshops, role-plays, and supervised field practice. After certification, mediators receive ongoing mentorship and can access our network for complex cases.
